Vancouver, BC | Hop on over to Bel Café this Easter to try Pastry Chef Wayne Kozinko’s new seasonal creations; back by popular demand are fluffy, sweet, and buttery-soft hot cross buns, available from April 15-22. Chocolate Easter eggs filled with raspberry and bergamot pâte de fruit, salted butter caramels, almond dragées, and dark chocolate fudge are available from April 12 at either of our Bel Café locations, Downtown or Kitsilano. Easter treats are available alongside daily toasts, fresh sandwiches, soups, salads and bowls created by Head Chef Kevin Emry. For a healthy, protein-packed and totally delicious lunchtime fix try our kale and farro salad with smoked almonds, crumbled chevre, honey lemon vinaigrette and toasted breadcrumbs. Pair with our new spring ginger tea latte, made with black sugar, house-made ginger syrup, black tea concentrate, and topped with dried osmanthus flowers.
