We serve food you want to eat every day, but can’t cook at home. We offer a unique Omakase experience, which takes place over five courses and changes daily to reflect the seasonality and fecundity of our local farms. Our beverage program is wine-focused, with a list that features regeneratively farmed organic producers and natural wines.
