The Red Wagon is an East Van neighbourhood joint that combines nostalgic comfort food, ethical sourcing and French simplicity in a casual diner atmosphere. The diner gained national notoriety after being featured on the Food Network’s popular television series Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Now a destination for both locals and travellers alike, The Red Wagon is always hopping. Serving breakfast and lunch all day, seven days a week, plus dinner features and ‘Off The Wagon’ Happy Hour Wednesday through Sunday, guests can enjoy signature dishes including their famous pulled pork pancakes and smoky tomato soup with grilled cheese day or night. The Red Wagon is open Monday and Tuesday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday through Friday 8 a.m. to midnight and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to midnight.
