Pluvio restaurant + rooms provides a unique dining experience celebrating the best local products and natural elements of Ucluelet and Vancouver Island.

Chef Warren Barr and the team offer creative and inspired Canadian cuisine, focusing on seasonal + wild ingredients foraged from the Ucluelet forests + coastline, with a few sneaky international treats! You are as likely to find spruce + wild rose as you are truffle + caviar on our menu.

Our beverage offerings compliment this unique style of food, with creative cocktails, house made infusions, craft BC ciders + beers and local sodas. Classic wines such as those from Champagne and Burgundy sit comfortably beside those showcasing the best of the West Coast, ranging from the tip of the Okanagan Valley all the way down to Central America.

The small restaurant + open kitchen allow for personal and refined service in an environment inspired by our surroundings.
