Kate Bohn, our Bar Manager, creates exquisite cocktails by combining agave spirits with a variety of ingredients to surprise and treat your taste buds. Chef Sam Fabbro is committed to designing a sustainable menu that tells a story. In doing so he fashions distinctive dishes that are a modern twist on traditional Mexican flavours.
