About Industry Apizza

Thinner, crisper, and fire-charred. Industry Apizza is Vancouver’s first spot for authentic New Haven-style Apizza (pronounced “ah-BEETZ”). We’ve meticulously recreated the magic we found when we visited Wooster Street – from the asymmetrical slicing technique, to self-importing Foxon Park Soda (a 100-year-old soda works that is available at every apizza joint) directly out of East Haven, Connecticut.
