Highlights from Nightingale’s New Summer Menu

Vancouver, BC | Celebrate summer with Nightingale’s new season menu, highlighting local suppliers through fresh, bright & innovative dishes. Since opening two years ago, Chef Phil Scarfone has built strong relationships with many of the lower mainland’s highest quality organic farmers and foragers, as well as with B.C.’s finest seafood and meat purveyors.

The new menu features vegetable dishes such as chilled peas & fava beans, meyer lemon yogurt, dill, crispy garlic ($12); and grilled bok choy, peanut sauce, fried shallot, watercress ($12); presented alongside new season pizzas including zucchini blossom, cherry tomato, fior di latte, parmesan, basil ($20); and sublime desserts including strawberry rhubarb crisp, lemongrass, vanilla ice cream ($12); white wine poached pear, cointreau, mascarpone, honeycomb ($12). Get them while they last!
