Bacchus Restaurant Announces Decadent Six Course Feast for New Year’s Eve

Vancouver, BC | Experience one of Vancouver’s most renowned NYE traditions – dinner and live music at Bacchus Restaurant inside the Wedgewood Hotel. With two seating options (early and late), guests can ring in the New Year with a six-course tasting menu by executive chef Montgomery Lau.

Selections include Northern Divine Caviar, Wild Mushroom & Truffle Risotto, Maple Glazed Apple Wood Smoked Sablefish, Dual of Duck with Foie Gras & Sweet Bread Sausage, and Champagne Layered Truffle Cake. Optional enhancements include oysters, B.C. salmon caviar, and local cheese. Rob Eller is on guitar and vocals from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the Sean Allen Duo closes out 2019 on piano and vocals from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Reservations are limited.
