Vancouver, BC | Fiore focuses on casual Italian dining featuring handcrafted pizza and fresh pastas using local ingredients. Fiore opened on South Granville in the beginning of 2018 and it’s “little sister” Fiore Famiglia opened in Kits in June 2018. Both have been busy and happily serving the neighbourhoods since then. We have a small team and are looking for the right people to join us.
Fiore is currently on the hunt for an assistant manager.
The assistant manager should inspire, develop, oversee and manage the front-of-house team, while working closely with the management team to support the creation and delivery of a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
– serves as an educator, as well as an inspirational, committed and responsible leader to the restaurant’s front-of-house teams
– assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations (ordering, inventory, simple book keeping)
– maintains standards of professionalism and hospitality
– leads by example, inspiring staff to deliver a memorable food and beverage experience every time
– ensures the delivery of superior customer service through effective staff training and education
