Brought to you by the same group as The Stable House Bistro, Fiore is an Italian inspired laid back restaurant with an intimate neighbourhood feel. Our focus is on simple Italian food done right, featuring house made antipasti boards, fresh hand-crafted pasta and a handful of entree, using predominantly regional and seasonal ingredients. The menu is designed for sharing and Fiore offers daily specials, vegetarian and gluten-free options with all items available for dine-in or take-out.

Located in the heart of South Granville neighborhood, our goal is to bring people together and keep them intrigued with an ever changing wine list and seasonal menu. You can pop in for glass of Italian wine, local draft beer or cocktail and enjoy it together with a light meal at our comfortable 16 seat bar, or have a dinner with group of friends and family in our dining room.

As our meals are best enjoyed with wine, Matthew Landry – a 2019 BC Best Sommelier, Vinitaly Italian Wine Ambassador, Valpolicella Educator and Wine Scholar Guild “Italian Wine Scholar” – curates an always evolving Italian wine list. Whether it’s wine, beer, aperitifs or cocktails, our service team is happy to provide guidance with selections that will pair with our flavours and enhance your dining experience.

Private parties and customized menus are always welcome.

“Love sitting at the bar for a chill dinner with my fiancé. Great selection of beer and super yummy dinner options. This is our new South Granville favourite.” — Open Table

“Pappardelle, made with red-spring wheat flour and oodles of egg, is rustic, wide, puffy and rolled out so long you practically need to eat it with a fork and knife. A noodle this voluptuous is perfectly paired with hearty & creamy Bolognese buzzing with chili. Matthew Landry, an award-winning sommelier, curates a terrific Italian wine list bursting with well-priced gems. The room is modern and lively.” — Alexandra Gill, The Globe and Mail

“We recently had some amazing Italian food at @fioreyvr, a restaurant hidden away on 12th avenue off of Granville. Let’s get right to the highlight for us, their Antipasto! We ordered the smaller size but in hindsight we could have easily finished a larger because it was so delicious. Be sure to order it for their Arancini (a deep fried risotto ball) and their house-made Italian sausage. For the main course, we tried some of their freshly made pasta with squid and a Roman style pizza with duck. Everything on their menu uses fresh local ingredients, and we definitely were able to appreciate this in the flavor of all of our food. Also a big shout out to the staff there, the service was attentive, friendly and just plain excellent!” — Google review
