Fjallraven Invites Vancouverites to ‘Face the Elements’ With Restore Human on February 1st

The GOODS from Fjällräven

Vancouver, BC | Join Fjallraven Local Guide, Coach Pax from Restore Human, in some outdoor mind-body training on February 1st from 12pm to 2pm. Expose yourself to the elements and increase your resilience!

Together we will walk barefoot into the ocean and practice calming our minds as we face the cold water. Certified personal trainer and Wim Hof Methodist, Coach Pax will be there to guide you through the tough parts as we choose to be uncomfortable together. Our bodies and minds will grow stronger in the face of these perceived stresses. After the dip, we’ll walk back to the Restore Human studio, warm-up, and have some hot drinks together.

Please come prepared with weather-appropriate outdoor clothes. For those interested in the ocean dip, bring swimwear, towel, and warm layers for afterwards. Note there are change rooms at the beach.

Come and experience the health benefits to walking barefoot, going in the ocean, and being outdoors with other humans.

This will be a no-pressure environment, so if you change your mind at the last minute, no problem.

We hope to see you there! Details, location and registration here.
