You might want to change them, as more than a dozen of British Columbia’s best chefs will be stationed at The Vancouver Club to cook up a delicious brunch storm in support of Bocuse D’Or Team Canada. About Bocuse d’Or Team Canada | Le Bocuse d’Or was founded in 1987 by legendary French chefs, Paul Bocuse & Albert Romain. Their mission was to create a competition that would bring the greatest chefs out from behind closed doors and onto the world stage. Team Canada placed 2nd at the continental finals in Mexico City and qualified for the 2019 finals in Lyon when Waterloo-born front-runner Chef Trevor Ritchie and his team wowed the panel of Michelin star judges, winning silver and a coveted golden ticket to the World Cup of Cookery talents.
