Chefs Masayoshi Baba and Jefferson Alvarez to Prepare Japanese/Peruvian ‘Nikkei’ Feast

Vancouver, BC | Join us for a very unique experience and first time in Vancouver showcasing the Japanese Peruvian cuisine known as Nikkei. Peru’s culinary tradition is a smorgasbord of the various cultural influences which have swept over the South American country. One such cultural influence was Japan, and the combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine has become a gastronomic sensation.

The event – limited to 50 people – is on the evening June 3rd with guest chef Masayoshi Baba of Masayoshi. Reservations run from 5pm to 8:30pm. Tickets are $150 per person with three complimentary drinks.
