Vancouver, BC | We are looking for a Sous Chef to help guide our kitchen team. Must have at least two years experience in a similar role, and be prepared to demonstrate culinary skill and leadership through 2 paid stage shifts. The role is to support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including admin work, inventory and staffing. However, the main focus on this position will be leadership through execution.
