The GOODS from Campagnolo Roma
Vancouver, BC | The chefs of Campagnolo Restaurants will be hosting a Southern Style Barbecue event on August 5th in partnership with Powell Brewery. Chefs Colin Staus (of Campagnolo Restaurant) and Rhys Amber (of Campagnolo Roma) have joined forces to bring you ‘Big Day Barbecue.’
The third installment will be hosted in the front lot of Powell Brewery. David and the team will be onsite pouring a selection of their award winning beers.
Expect: traditional brisket, whole hog pulled pork, and proper beef and pork smoked links. Classic sides will include: house made coleslaw, pickles, and potato salad. Prices will be reasonable, with selections ranging from $9-$19.
Our friends at The Pie Shoppe will be joining us again, we don’t know what to expect… except that it’ll be f*%king amazing!
Starting at 11am they’re selling until it’s gone. Come early. Come hungry.
Campagnolo prides itself on sourcing local, ethically raised animals. All production is done by hand on site. All meat products are gluten and dairy free.
