Vancouver, BC | Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio is offering couples two delicious ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year by hosting romantic repasts at its False Creek (Vancouver) and Ambleside (West Vancouver) locations on Friday, February 14.
Offered as part of a set menu, the Valentine’s plates showcase Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde’s Japanese-by-way-of-Peruvian Nikkei flair in dishes such as salmon tartare causas, Matane shrimp risotto, ají panca-glazed sablefish and a manjari chocolate mousse for two and are available for $99 per person plus tax and gratuity, with a vegetarian menu option for $79 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Beverage pairings hand selected by the sommelier teams at both locations that spotlight Old and New World wines like Brovia’s Roero Arneis, Lang Vineyards’ ‘Agrihof’ Ehrenfelser, Lariana Cellars’ ‘Fifteen’ Bordeaux Blend and Damilano’s ‘Marghe’ Langhe Nebbiolo, are available for $79 per person plus tax and gratuity.
