The GOODS from Odd Society Spirits

Vancouver, BC | Odd Society Spirits has added Maple to its lineup of award-winning Canadian whiskies. An ode to the Canadian spirit, Maple Whisky draws many of its unique flavours from the maple tree. Odd Society smokes its malted barley with maple wood and then ages the distilled spirit for a minimum of three years in oak casks that were previously used to age maple syrup. Robust, with a slight smoky aroma and a touch of silky maple sweetness, this whisky is warm and rich enough to carry one through a long, cold winter.

Maple Whisky will join Prospector Rye and Commodore Single Malt as the third member of the Odd Society family of whiskies. These three distinct Canadian whiskies are all now available in small format bottles perfect for stuffing stockings and gift giving. Individually priced and packaged in 375 mL bottles, Maple, Prospector and Commodore can be purchased at the distillery and at select private liquor stores.

While Prospector is also available in 750 mL bottles, Commodore and Maple will only be sold in small bottles this season. Notorious for selling out quickly, thirsty patrons shouldn’t wait to get their hands on a bottle. Although this is Odd Society’s largest whisky release to date, there are only limited quantities available of each whisky.

Odd Society Spirits is releasing all three whiskies at 46% ABV in 375 mL bottles. Priced at $38 for Maple Whisky, $36 for Commodore Single Malt and $34 for Prospector Rye, the majority will be sold at the distillery’s bottle shop and cocktail lounge located at 1725 Powell St., Vancouver. 750 mL bottles of Prospector Rye are also available and priced at $62. The remaining bottles can be purchased at select private liquor stores throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, as well as the Interior, the Okanagan, Vancouver Island and Alberta (price will vary).
