Chef Fans of Michael Jackson to Serve a ‘Thriller’ of a Special Meal

Christian Alvarez, the fellow behind the local Instagram account Vancouver Chefs, is putting on his first Vancouver event on Monday, October 16th. The collaborative feast is being hosted at Kitsilano’s Mak N Ming with chefs Makoto Ono and Amanda Cheng hosting chefs Sean Reeve from Mackenzie Room, Trevor Bird from Fable andMark Singson of FAM. And as if that line-up of talent wasn’t sweet enough, the dinner is inspired by Michael Jackson’s legendary Thriller album. How’s that? Each chef is being paired up with a song. For example: Trevor Bird = Billie Jean. Guests can also expect wines from Le Vieux Pin and LaStella, plus decorative floral arrangements by The Wild Bunch. The only trick is that there are just 24 tickets to the event. Snag yours click here before you tell your friends, but tell your friends you should!

Monday, October 16 at 7pm | 1629 Yew Street | TICKETS
