The GOODS from Bauhaus
Vancouver, BC | Bauhaus Restaurant, a high-end German eatery in Vancouver’s Gastown neighbourhood, rings in the festive season this December with two special menus designed to be shared with family and friends, as well as two celebratory menus on December 24th and December 31st.
Executive Chef Christian Kuehnel has created both a duck and a goose menu for diners to enjoy in December. Traditionally served over the holiday season, both menus require 72 hours advance booking and can be shared between two, four, or more people at $84 per person exclusive of tax, wine pairings and gratuity. Duck and goose menus are three courses with individual starters and desserts in addition to the main event.
On December 24th, Bauhaus will offer a five-course Christmas Eve tasting menu for $95 per person featuring German classic dishes such as Pumpkin Soup with Chicken and Truffle; Duck with Red Cabbage, Cranberries and Dumpling; and Spekulatius with Apple, Milkrice and Cinnamon. On December 30th, Bauhaus will open its doors for a very special New Year’s Eve celebration, complete with champagne toast and five course meal for $120 per person.
