Vancouver, BC | Bauhaus winter tasting menu celebrates the vibrant colours and flavours that nature provides us with to contrast the chilly nights of the season.
Inspired by memories of winters in Germany, Executive Chef Christian Kuehnel shaped the tasting menu by focusing on flavours from cool forests and distinctly highlighting them with slow-cooking, curing and fermentation techniques that develop a unique profoundness for each course.
??With the confidence of Bauhaus’ philosophy – in which the unnecessary components are scraped away – Christian centered each course on different techniques that showcase the wonderful versatility of German cuisine.
