Vancouver, BC | Bao Bei is looking for a lead server that is comfortable in a leadership role with experience in a high volume, like minded restaurant. We are looking for the right candidate who’s willing to grow with the company. To be considered, applicants should have some wine, cocktail, and food knowledge, be able to work efficiently in a busy room, have good rapport with the guests, and enjoy working in a positive team environment. Managing staff and guests expectations through clear communication and addressing concerns in a proactive manner are key elements that will make the right candidate succeed. Flexible schedule but must be open to working weekends. We offer some great incentives and you’ll partake in some of the most amazing staff getaways an owner will ever throw for their staff.
