Burnaby, BC | The season of love is back at Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie (4717 Hastings Street and 1558 Johnston Road White Rock) The way to anyone’s heart is through their stomach and these treats are sure to spoil your loved ones this Valentine’s Day! This year’s lineup includes signature chocolate showpieces, two individual desserts, and beautiful chocolates featuring a new sized box.

“Valentine’s Day with a special someone calls for chocolate!” says Christophe Bonzon, co-owner, head pastry chef and chocolatier of Chez Christophe. “Our team has designed treats with cheerful touches of pink and red. It is always a delight to create something that spreads love and joy each Valentine’s Day.”

Introducing a new 3 piece Signature Chocolate Box ($6.45) featuring three new limited edition bon bons. Strawberry Balsamic – 42% milk chocolate, strawberry and cherry balsamic vinegar ganache in a milk chocolate shell. Mojito – Lime mint jelly and a 34% white chocolate ganache featuring Appleton Estate Signature Jamaican rum in a white chocolate shell. Pistachio Saffron – 34% white chocolate saffron ganache and pistachio ganache in a dark chocolate shell.

Limited Edition Valentine’s Day 9pc Boxes ($19.95) will showcase our three Valentine’s Day chocolates along with our signature chocolates.

This season’s individual dessert specials ($6.45) come in two flavours: Chocolate Banana-Banana bread, caramel mousse, chocolate anglaise with chocolate sweet dough. A favourite from last year is back, Silk Road- Lychee mousse, rosewater sponge, raspberry confit and pistachio crunch. Cakes will be available from February 7-14th. Pre-orders are recommended.

Our new 6pc Macaron Box ($12.95) has just been released in time for the season. Handmade macarons feature either a creamy ganache or butter cream filling. Boxes come pre-selected or customers can select their own flavours.

Chez Christophe’s signature Chocolate Showpieces this year feature three new designs: Let’s Avo-cuddle ($24.95), Key to my Heart ($16.85), Un-bearable Love ($19.95). Chocolate Bear Lollipops ($2.45) are the perfect sweet treat for littles featuring Ruby Chocolate.
