Vancouver, BC | Chef Lee Cooper and his culinary team will be serving up their second Chef’s Catch Dinner on Thursday October 17th. This monthly communal dinner features a seasonal Ocean Wise product on a four-course and wine-paired menu for $85 per person before taxes and gratuity. This month they are featuring Gindara’s Sablefish.
