The GOODS from Wildebeest
Vancouver, BC | Tristan Ley, Head Bartender of Edinburgh’s famous Panda & Sons cocktail bar, will be taking over Wildebeest’s Underbelly bar for a one-night exclusive cocktail event on Tuesday, Aug 13th. Tristan will be offering a selection from Panda & Son’s award-winning cocktail menu, as well as a collaborative cocktail with the Wildebeest bar team. Gratuities raised will go to support Mind the Bar, a mental health initiative that supports hospitality workers of all types.
Tristan was the former head bartender of the Vancouver Club here in Vancouver before moving to Scotland to ply his trade. Since joining the Panda & Sons team they have been named on the World’s Top 100 Bars, as well as recently shortlisted for Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Tristan and the Wildebeest team have a few special surprises up their sleeves that are sure to excite even the most seasoned imbiber. The event is open to the public and subject to capacity. The event will run from 8 pm until Midnight and guests are invited to book through OpenTable should they be interested in dining at Wildebeest prior to attending the event.
