Ensure kitchen cleanliness and general maintenance of equipment
Must follow all standard operating procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a high volume
Knowledge of Plant Based Cuisine an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and positive attitude
Strong prep skills and organization
Valid food handling certification or willing to obtain
Knowledge of vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free cuisines
