Chef Josh Gale of Gastown’s Nicli’s Next Door is up next at Save On Meats’ Greasy Spoon dinner series. He’ll be serving his take on diner fare on Monday, February 29, from 5:30pm to 11pm. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, the Greasy Spoon Supper Series invites BC’s best chefs to plate four courses of old school diner fare in their own way in support of A Better Life Foundation. Past participating chefs have included the talented likes of Joel Watanabe (Bao Bei, Kissa Tanto), Angus An (Maenam, Fat Mao, Longtail Kitchen), Ned Bell (Yew in the Four Seasons), Scott Jaeger (The Pear Tree), and Mike Robbins (AnnaLena).
