The ideal candidate is team orientated, motivated and energetic in addition to working well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, a welcoming persona, as well as a passion for food and hospitality is an asset.

Reports to: Restaurant Director, West Restaurant
