Vancouver, BC | Got a case of the Mondays? Head to The Oakwood Canadian Bistro, now open for dinner on Mondays, from 5pm until late.

The unpretentious Kitsilano room is the perfect place to wind down your day. The Oakwood encourages social dining with Head Chef Ryan Murphy’s fresh, honest and seasonally-driven food. Plates are meant to be served family style, but The Oakwood won’t judge if you have a hard time sharing these delicious dishes. Tuck into favourites like the Seared Scallops with truffle sabayon, Dijon spaetzle, bacon crumble and black kale powder; the renowned Oakwood Burger 2.0 with aged cheddar, bacon, garlic dill pickles, alfalfa and Gulf Islands dressing; or the Burrata with black pepper and lemon marmalade, sorrel pistou, olive crumb and focaccia.

Complement the Chef’s creations with a well-deserved pint from one of the twelve lines of BC craft beers on tap. In need of something a little stronger to beat the Monday blues? Head Bartender Dave Mott and Kelsey Ramage, General Manager and cocktalian, have you covered. Try The Oakwood Elixir with Fords Gin, house made tonic syrup and soda, or the Melee with añejo tequila, jalapeño syrup, IPA, egg whites, Mexican mole bitters and lime.
