Ethnically diverse and rapidly gentrifying, the area is home to a bunch of great new restaurants and cafes such as Sal Y Lemon, Earnest Ice Cream, Los Cuervos, Les Faux Bourgeois, Black Lodge, Matchstick Coffee, Savio Volpe and Bells & Whistles.
