Vancouver, BC | Harvest Community Foods is hosting its second Bubbles + Buns pop-up, featuring steam buns by Room Service YVR and sparkling natural wines supplied by Harvest’s sister restaurant Burdock and Co. Menu highlights will include juicy pork collar with honey mustard and pickled fennel; beef shoulder with charred pineapple and coconut; and a vegan-friendly fermented black bean with marinated mushroom and smashed cucumbers. Join us for one night only of fresh steam buns, snacks and bubbles!
