Vancouver, BC | CinCin restaurant is looking for experienced individuals for the positions of Sous Chef, Line Cook, and Apprentice Cook.
Applicants for the Sous Chef position should possess good organizational skills, knowledge of inventory, cost control and scheduling, and be capable of managing a team of 15 to 20 kitchen staff.
Applicants for the Line Cook position should have 2 to 3 years experience cooking in a fast-paced environment, an appetite for learning, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Applicants for the Apprentice Cook position should have 1 to 2 years experience working in a commercial kitchen and an appreciation for good food and restaurants. A culinary qualification is preferable but not essential.
Applicants must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS, or a valid work permit.
CinCin is a contemporary Italian-inspired restaurant set on Robson Street in downtown Vancouver. Wood fire is at the heart and soul of the cuisine and the restaurant. The newly installed Grillwork’s Infierno provides an opportunity to work with exemplary mentors and state of the art wood burning equipment to learn the craft of cooking with fire.

A winding stone staircase leads upward from bustling Robson Street to this celebrated Vancouver dining room, recognized for its contemporary, Italian inspired menu and award-winning wine cellar.
