United Nations | Isn’t it just super adorable that in this multi-cultural mecca of ours there’s a gang called the United Nations Gang? It’s led by Clay Roueche, who has been dubbed the Pablo Escobar of BC bud. Roueche is currently serving a 30 year sentence in the USA and has a bizarre website.
