Two Rivers Unveils New Ready-Made Thanksgiving Feasts to Take Home

North Vancouver, BC | The culinary team at Two Rivers Specialty Meats is making holiday hosting easy this year with the launch of their brand new Thanksgiving Dinner package. The gourmet butcher shop has collaborated with friends and fellow North Shore community businesses Lift Bakery and Temper Chocolates to put together a gourmet ‘Turkey To Go’ ready-made dinner with all the fixings, available for pick-up over the holiday weekend this October.

Designed to feed groups of eight, Two Rivers’ signature Thanksgiving feast features an organic, hormone-free roasted turkey breast – sourced from family-owned Rossdown Farms in Abbotsford – stuffed with apple pork sausage, porcini mushrooms, sage pesto and artichoke hearts. The full-size family meal also includes a plethora of gourmet side dishes perfect for the fall season, including mashed potatoes, maple-glazed rainbow carrots, cranberry chestnut stuffing and sage-infused turkey gravy. Thanksgiving classics will be accompanied by fresh-baked dinner rolls from Lift Bakery and a decadent pumpkin cheesecake from European patisserie Temper.

Two Rivers’ Thanksgiving dinner packages are $300, plus tax, and will be available for pick-up at the North Vancouver butcher shop and eatery on Saturday, October 12 from 2 to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, October 13 from 1 to 3 p.m. For those looking for even more added convenience on the big day, a limited number of hot, ready-to-eat packages will be available for pick up on Sunday, October 13 for an additional $50 charge.
