Port Moody, BC | The Parkside Brewery is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our amazing administrative team. You’re hard-working, have incredible attention to detail and love systems and routine.

Your stellar communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using QuickBooks are a huge asset. You are organized and maximize your work time to get things done.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

– Weekly Accounts Receivable processing and reporting
– Inputting data into QuickBooks
– Daily Cash routine and bank deposits
– Accounts Payable processing support
– Order desk coverage and order processing
– Vacation back-up for Office Coordinator
– General Filing

Hours: Part Time, approximately 20 hours a week, preferably 10:30am-2:30pm Monday-to-Friday but some flexibility for the right candidate.
