Great Bear Rainforest, BC | Work with an exciting and progressive culinary team focused on local and wild foods! Nimmo Bay Resort is looking for a Staff Cook for the 2018 season:
Would you like to work remotely in the Great Bear Rainforest and join a team of culinary professionals who are inspired, engaged and creative? Nimmo Bay is looking for a passionate person to add their creativity and personality to the team. Nimmo Bay operates from May through to October and the position would start immediately. This is a boat-in and live on-site position, with a 3-week in, 10-days out rotation. This role is ideal for someone seeking a new and challenging experience.
The Staff Cook’s main responsibility will be to prepare fresh, creative and delicious staff meals (primarily breakfast and supper), while still accommodating a variety of dietary restrictions. The staff cook would also support and add to the culinary team.
Compensation: $175/day plus gratuities
