Vancouver, BC | Each year, Maitre Chocolatier and Patissier Chef Thierry Busset brings back the longstanding tradition of celebrating Mardi Gras with a beloved family beignet recipe. So please mark your calendar – it’s time once again to celebrate the Fetes des Beignets at Thierry Cafe!

From February 15th to March 15th, drop by Thierry Cafe from 11am onwards to enjoy a half dozen warm, sugar-dusted beignets made to order with your choice of chocolate, raspberry or caramel dipping sauces. Pair with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy a traditional New Orleans delicacy in the cafe, on the heated patio, or to take away. Share, sip and savour! $11.25 for six beignets.

“I always look forward to Fetes des Beignets and the opportunity to share a little taste of my mother’s kitchen,” says Chef Thierry. “There’s just something about beignets and a coffee for a perfect match.”

Thierry Cafe is located at 1059 Alberni Street and is open from 7 am to midnight on weekdays and 8 am to midnight on weekends.
