About Pizza Coming Soon

Pizza Coming Soon is a 100-seat Japanese snack bar located in Chinatown’s old New Mitzie’s Restaurant location, at 179 East Pender Street, from the team behind Sea Monstr Sushi. The space features psychedelic decor including booths in a Fisher-Price colour palette, a small army of Kakigori crushed ice machines, and a paranoia-inducing number of eyeballs shifting nervously from Kit-Cat Klocks mounted around the room. Our fun, unpretentious menu of idiosyncratic and irreverent izakaya-like items offers up Japanese-inspired “stoner food”; while drinks focus on hi-balls, alongside cocktails, sake, and natural wines. Always a good place to begin your evening and a great place to end it.
