The Goods from Botanist

Vancouver, BC | Botanist, located in the Forbes Five-Star Fairmont Pacific Rim is pleased to announce a special edition of its Sips series, this time, highlighting the best Sips Across Canada. The three-week bar pop-up event will showcase some of the country’s top cocktail talent from Calgary, Montréal, and Toronto – featuring two acclaimed bars from each city.

The series kicks off on Monday, June 15 at Botanist Bar with Calgary, featuring Shelter Cocktail Bar and Business & Pleasure. On June 22, Montréal takes over with Cloakroom and Bar Numéro. The series closes on July 6 with Toronto, led by Civil Liberties and Suite 115.

“The summer season truly brings people from across the globe together in Vancouver, and we want to give visitors and locals alike a genuine taste of what Canada’s bar scene has to offer,” says Grant Sceney, creative beverage director, Fairmont Pacific Rim. “From Calgary to Montréal to Toronto, we’re bringing some of the country’s best bartenders here so guests can experience Canada’s cocktail culture in one-place.”

Sips Across Canada will take place across three Mondays this summer, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on June 15, June 22, and July 6, 2026, at Botanist Bar. No reservations are required. First come, first served.
