Jeju Vancouver continues the Jeju story in the city, bringing the same intentional approach to food and hospitality into a new environment. The restaurant is shaped by Korean technique, seasonality, and the daily rhythm of Mount Pleasant. The menu focuses on Korean flavours expressed in a clear, contemporary way — fermented elements, slow broths, and pickled notes layered with seasonal ingredients. The cooking stays focused and understated, aiming for a feeling that is grounded and quietly memorable. Jeju Vancouver is led by Sung and Dylan, together with a small team who care about the work and the people they serve. It is not a replica of Tofino, but a continuation — another place to gather, eat well, and feel at ease.
