Fairmont Pacific Rim Debuts Immersive Sports Patio Experience for Summer 2026

Vancouver, BC | This summer, Fairmont Pacific Rim unveils the Pac Rim Sports Patio, launching May 28, 2026 – an energetic outdoor gatherings space designed to bring together sports fans, food lovers, and the Vancouver community in the heart of Coal Harbour.

Set against the hotel’s iconic waterfront backdrop, the Pac Rim Sports Patio will transform the hotel’s front plaza into a dynamic summer destination complete with a large outdoor screen broadcasting key sporting events throughout the season. From international tournaments and championship games – guests can catch the action while enjoying elevated tacos, and craft beer.

Returning for the season is the Pac Rim Food for the second year in partnership with 33 Acres Brewing Company. The collaboration will feature a curated menu of fresh tacos paired with 33 Acres’ local crafted beers for game-day dining.

New this summer, the patio will also welcome the Hype Chocolate Tu’i Hiapsek Treats Trailer, an indigenous women-owned concept rooted in values of reciprocity, connection, and care. The Treats Trailer will offer a selection of handcrafted chocolate, Dubai Chocolate Berries, sweet & savoury Bannock, expertly crafted coffee drinks, and exclusive Matcha Latte inspired by Fairmont Pacific Rim. The concept is designed to feed the soul while reinvesting into community initiatives that honour people as a vital part of a living ecosystem.

In collaboration with Fairmont Pacific Rim, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating spaces where culture, community, and meaningful impact can thrive together.
