The Goods from Gotham Steakhouse & Bar
Vancouver, BC | With FIFA visitors beginning to arrive in the city, Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar is rolling out a feature menu designed for summer, travel, and a little international inspiration.
Available in the lounge and on the patio now through July 12, the menu offers dishes like ceviche with prawn and red snapper, Mediterranean salad with compressed watermelon and feta, harissa-roasted cauliflower, potato croquettes with Manchego mornay, and butternut squash ravioli paired with seared Hokkaido scallops.
Alongside the seasonal additions, Gotham has also refreshed parts of its lounge menu. New offerings include a Gotham Cheesesteak built with shaved Canada Prime New York strip, caramelized onions, Gruyère, and Dijon aioli, while the Canadian Burger pairs Quebec blue cheese with a crispy onion ring and house-made BBQ sauce, and the return of Seymour Street Fried Chicken, which has earned enough fans to justify keeping it around.
To tie it all together, the bar team is pouring a rotating selection of internationally inspired spritzes built around Blue Mountain Gold Label Brut. Whether you’re hosting visitors, taking a break from the FIFA buzz, or simply looking for a civilized place to spend an afternoon, Gotham remains one of downtown’s great refuges, where comfortable seats, attentive service, a slower pace, and a special seasonal menu make it easy to settle in for a few hours.
