His journey began in 2003 at Kitsilano’s beloved Temaki Sushi, where he honed his skills and developed a deep passion for Japanese cuisine. In 2022, he opened Sushi Hil to share his expertise and vision, offering guests a more intimate and memorable dining experience that showcases his years of dedication and artistry.
