David Hawksworth’s Nightingale Seeking Butcher With Experience

Vancouver, BC | Nightingale, the newest restaurant from David Hawksworth, is seeking a well rounded butcher for their opening team. The position will be one of high responsibility as they will oversee the production and processing of all the proteins for the restaurant. This will include but is not limited to breaking down primal cuts and whole fish, production of sausages and meatballs to established standards and other prep work as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and will be excited to learn and grow with a dynamic team of industry professionals.
