The Goods from Miku
Vancouver, BC | Miku, ABURI Restaurant Canada’s MICHELIN Guide-recommended contemporary Japanese restaurant, is excited to host an exclusive one-night-only dinner with Rémy Cointreau on April 30, 2026 at 7 p.m. Taking place in Miku’s private Blue Sky Room, guests will be treated to the Spring Kaiseki menu, paired with six cocktails and cognac highlighting Rémy Cointreau’s diverse portfolio. Reservations can be made online.
The special cocktails were specially curated by Miku’s bar manager Paul Brown. Brown notes, “This exclusive dinner with Rémy Cointreau highlights how contemporary Japanese cuisine can be paired well with a range of spirits. Our goal is to showcase balance and seasonality with the progression of drinks and signature dishes in our signature Kaiseki menu.”
Tickets are $240++ per person and available via OpenTable. The evening will be guided by a Rémy Cointreau brand representative, who will introduce the heritage and craftsmanship behind each pour.
