Vancouver, BC | Join associate winemaker Pauline Laffaille for a special dinner at Market by Jean-Georges on May 28, 2019. After starting down a path to study chemistry, Pauline changed her course after a magical moment with an extraordinary red wine. She began studying viticulture and oenology with unwavering drive to work in organic wines. It was then she met winemaker Hélène Chouvet-Coton, and spent three years studying under her expert tutelage before joining the Domaine de Fontavin family.

Limited to an exclusive 12 tickets, the intimate dinner will feature five-course wine-paired meal, featuring a collection of 2016 vintages, including Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc ‘Les Immortelles’, Gigondas ‘Terre d’Ancêtres’, Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘Ad Vitam Aeternam’, Côtes du Rhône ‘Terre d’Ancêtres’, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape ‘David & Goliath’. This winemaker’s dinner features two exclusive Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines that have been brought to Vancouver especially for this event.
