Gotham Marks St Patrick’s Day with an Irish Whisky Cocktail Called “Whisky Business”

Whisky Business

The Goods from Gotham

Vancouver, BC | St Patrick’s Day arrives tomorrow, and the bar team at Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar is marking the occasion with a cocktail that puts Irish whisky front and centre.

For the holiday, Gotham is pouring the Whisky Business. The drink starts with Irish whisky, then layers in Chartreuse Noix (a walnut liqueur), honey cordial, lemon juice, plum bitters, and egg white. The result is textured and balanced, with citrus, honey, and nutty depth carried by the whisky.

Whether stopping in for a drink at the bar or settling in for dinner, it offers a thoughtful way to raise a glass for St Patrick’s Day.

Whisky Business

  • 0.5 oz Chartreuse Noix (Walnut Liqueur)
  • 0.5 oz Honey Cordial
