The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be passionate about food, creativity, and menu development, including recipe creation, costing, and staff training
Be highly motivated, proactive, and organized
Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Have leadership experience and a modern approach to kitchen culture beyond traditional brigade-style hierarchies
Maintain a positive, consistent attitude under pressure
Be adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Be a strong team player who leads by example
Bring enthusiasm for continuous improvement and developing the collective skills of the team
