Vancouver, BC | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is now accepting reservations for its New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31, featuring elevated multi-course menus crafted by Executive Chef Roger Ma.
Guests are invited to welcome 2026 with an unforgettable dining experience highlighting exceptional seasonal ingredients and refined West Coast culinary technique. Boulevard will offer three seatings throughout the evening, allowing diners to select the timing that best suits their celebration. This year, the curated NYE menus include Lobster Gnocchi and 30-day Dry-aged Picanha as main dish options, among other signature and classic favourites.
Later seatings will feature a live DJ, creating a festive atmosphere leading up to midnight for guests wishing to ring in the new year in style.
