Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar Brings Back Its Elevated Holiday Turkey Dinner To-Go Offering

Vancouver, BC | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is pleased to announce the return of its Holiday Turkey Dinner To-Go program, available for pickup on December 24 and 25.

Prepared by Executive Chef Roger Ma and the Boulevard culinary team, this year’s offering features a full multi-course turkey dinner, including sage-roasted turkey, chestnut stuffing, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, and traditional accompaniments. Guests may choose from a range of package sizes serving 4–10 people.

• Brined and Sage Roasted Turkey Breast, Slow Roasted Legs
• Madeira Scented Giblet Gravy, Traditional Cranberry Sauce
• Brioche, Apple, Chestnut and Thyme Stuffing
• Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes
• Roasted Brussels Sprouts
• Honey Glazed Carrots

Dessert
• Spiced Apple Crumble with Granny Smith apple and caramel

This year, Boulevard is also offering a Prime Rib Dinner To-Go, served hot or ready-to-heat and accompanied by Yorkshire puddings and all classic sides. Optional enhancements include caviar, lobster thermidor, artisanal charcuterie, truffle butter, and more.

Additionally, limited-edition holiday desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi are now available for pre-order, with pickup from December 12–25.
