We are seeking an inspired leader to direct our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will lead our team with passion and ensure that our guests experience exceptional hospitality in a supportive and upbeat work environment. The candidate will also lead the continued business development of our restaurant to continue the first year successes and grow our business.

The F & B Manager, along with our chefs, will be the key public faces of the restaurant and will be expected to actively promote the restaurant externally, as well as work with the hotel’s sales and marketing team to maintain a strong promotional presence in the Victoria market across various mediums.

The F & B Manager, will work actively with the restaurant and hotel team to ensure that service levels for The Courtney Room, hotel catering, and room service are delivered at an exceptional level fitting of 4-5 star service expectations.
